Members are your team: the people who sign in to ShiftGoing to plan and run shifts (owners, admins, schedulers), each with a role and permissions. Staff are the on-site and field workers you schedule into shifts and pay. Members are free; your plan is sized by locations and staff.
Do my staff need an app?+
Not today. You plan and manage everything from the web app, and staff receive payslips by email, so they don't need to log in. Biometric phone check-in is on the roadmap: when it ships, staff will confirm attendance from their own phone that's how ShiftGoing replaces a time clock, without asking them to learn a full app.
Can ShiftGoing replace our fingerprint or face-recognition time clock?+
